Why the ‘3P’ approach is my ticket to professional nirvana.
Buckle up, this gets real personal real fast.
Here’s me: an Irish-Indian hybrid accent, an upbringing seeped in Indian culture yet nuanced by Irish sensibilities, and an education shaped by the gutter-poetry-sophistication of London. An engineer by training, but an artist at heart. Add to this mix, 12+ years of experience in the telco industry, and an insatiable love for writing.
All these facets form a beautiful mosaic (at least to me). Yet, it seems, the market’s colour-blind to this vibrant portrait.
It highlights my unmatched adaptability. I’ve trained to be an engineer, but I’m not a one-trick pony. I’m a tech geek, yes, but with a dash of flair. I’m talkative, outgoing, expressive, and possess an insatiable appetite for words. A novel under my belt bears testament to this voracious love for storytelling.
Yet, in a world that loves categorization, my resume is often met with a flummoxed “What do we do with this?”. If only they understood my adaptability as a strength, not an inconsistency. A feature, not a bug.
