I am trialing the organic path for now — can certainly notice a taste difference. But it’s not easy on the pocket! I still think it’s worth it as the alternatie is just unbearable. I fully recommend picking up the book by the way, the author does an excellent job of bringing things to the fore. You’d enjoy it!
