My Highest Earning Month On Medium!
If I can do it, you can do it better.
Seriously, who’d have thunk it? I decided to write an article every single day on Medium for the month of July. And here I am, living up to it.
A few things happened — I made a new habit. Reinforced habits become behaviours. Now, I feel incomplete without publishing an article every single day on Medium.
Next, I had my highest ever earning month on Medium. Seriously — all of it was down to one article, but hey, at least it got the attention I was desperately craving. Consistency helped, I guess? It’s not a life-changing sum but it’s a personal best, which has added even more mojo to my writing career. I hope to make this a regular, dependable sum that always grows. Let’s see what August brings.
And another thing happened too — I started getting more involved in reading other people’s stuff. Something I didn’t do before. But I noticed a lot more people looking at my profile, a lot more interactions, heartfelt comments, genuine connections, etc. I didn’t really think I’d do any of that before, but here I am, doing exactly that.
So yeah, 31 days, 31 articles, and a whole lot of progress. Hopefully, an itch that I get to scratch daily. And in return, build my online network of friends & foes and make some bank. Woohoo…
