Ever notice how men seem hotter to women the more they’re covered up, while it’s often the reverse for women in men’s eyes?

No generalising — exceptions abound — but there’s a pattern here worth a chin-stroke or two.

Take me, for example. Fully suited and booted, I’m like catnip to my wife.

Contrast that with me sprawled out, in all my birthday suit glory — the reaction’s not quite the same.

What gives?

Is it the allure of a man in his classy armor? Does a sharp suit paint a picture of trustworthiness, a hint of authority, maybe a dash of ‘high society’?

Or could it be deeper? Maybe it’s the idea of formality, a subtle play of power dynamics, or the impression that a well-dressed man is a man who’s got his act together. It’s like the suit is a signal — success, self-care, a rung or two higher up the social ladder.

Could this be the real root of that age-old belief that women love a man in uniform?

It’s a fascinating thought, isn’t it? I’m throwing this out there to everyone — men, women, and everyone in between. Do you find this rings true in your experience? And what’s the deal, really? Why this difference in what cranks up the attraction meter?

Let’s unravel this sartorial mystery. Sound off in the comments!
