Five Superpowers Every Visionary Leader Has

My Big 5 personality test tells me I am talkative, social, foolishly optimistic, and a pleasant drinking buddy. But a pain in the neck to live with.
It's got me spot-on.
Seriously though, it actually says that I am high in openness, extraversion, and conscientiousness, low in neuroticism, and seemingly disagreeable.
Confirmation bias notwithstanding, I’ve noticed this about myself in my professional and personal lives — I am normally the instigator, the talker, the social bee, and the guy vociferously pitching an unproven idea.
I am quite scatterbrained at play but focused and strategic at work.
I often find myself in my flow state when I am working with people, communicating with customers, coordinating tasks, and optimizing things in my control.
But does that make me a visionary leader?
As far as I can tell, I’ve always wanted to be the captain of my ship.
