You either control yourself or get controlled.

Embracing Discomfort.

You ever look at your reflection, notice your suit straining a little too hard against your gut, and think: Yeah, this isn’t sustainable?

Well, here I am. Forced back into the office, wearing suits that fit better on my past self, and realizing it’s time to get back to the one thing that’s never failed me: fasting.

Not just for weight. Not just for energy. But because fasting is the closest thing to a real-life cheat code for self-discipline, control, and long-term thinking.

Sound familiar? It should. Because it’s the exact same ethos that makes Bitcoin superior to every shitcoin, every fiat scam, and every get-rich-quick Ponzi you’ve ever seen.

Fasting Is Proof of Work

Fasting isn’t just about skipping breakfast. It’s about delaying gratification and rewiring your brain away from the instant dopamine hits that society has conditioned you to crave.

Your hunger? It’s just a signal.

Your cravings? They’re just impulses.

Your body begging for a snack at 11 a.m.? That’s just fiat money asking for a bailout.
