Excellent article Sruthi - you introduce and expand on the need of acknowledging and accepting "unknowing" really eloquently. Really zesty, passionate, succinct writing with actionably takeaways. Bookmarking this for future referral!

I've written an article titled "You Don't Know What You Don't Know" based on learnings from Matthew Syed's "Rebel Ideas" which focuses on the question of how we form groups with people who look, talk and think like us. This validates our worldview, reinforces our prejudices and triggers the pleasure centres of our brains. But, it leaves us all open to having the same blind spots! It does also leads us to forming echo-chambers and information-bubbles and the only way of bursting out of both of these is cognitive diversity.

Do let me know what you think as I'd appreciate your feedback!
