Another day, another dollar.

My sister and cousin flew over from across the pond to join us for the weekend. Of course, they hadn’t witnessed anything close to the mania that’s London, so they spent most of Saturday & Sunday wide-eyed and transfixed by the happenings on in the world greatest cesspit.

Lunch was a gorgeous affair in Whitechapel – Pakistani food cooked to perfection. Then a “Guy Fawkes Gunpowder Plot” VR experience at Tower Bridge followed by endless strolling through Soho, Covent Garden, and culminating in a spicy Chinese feast in Chinatown.

A weekend well spent, all in all.

Back to working from home today, gonna give these losers some company until they head back tomorrow night. The plan is for a cheeky lunchtime walk around Greenwich and the ostentatious Borough of Chelsea & Kensington for dinner. Let’s see!

I do have other personal finance issues to share, but will do that later on in the week.
