Another day, another dollar.
Monday was a flurry of activity – work, play, and everything in between. Still though, achieved almost everything I set out to for the day except for one thing: setting aside 20 minutes to read. Sigh. There’s always something.
Anyway, tonight is a big work event so doubtful I can make up for the loss of reading time tonight. But tomorrow for sure.
Signed the rental agreement with my tenants, it’ll be nice to see some real cash rolling in every month now for the foreseeable. Although here is at least two months worth of rent to be invested back in for all the housekeeping work. Sigh. There’s always something.
Put the Mini Cooper convertible up for sale, expecting prospective buyers to show up tomorrow and pick up the bargain. Not much else happening really. Busy but not overtly so. Productive but not overtly so.
But meh, overall really.
