Packing bags for a trip to Istanbul. 4 nights between Europe and Asia in an airbnb studio apartment, 300 quid spending budget, and hopefully nothing on our minds except soaking in culture and each other. That’s the plan at least.

House hunting on hold. Job promotion on hold. Writing on hold. Savings on hold. Vow to get back to it once am back.

Spent most of yesterday in the back of an estate agent’s Mini Cooper as we drove around Canary Wharf looking for a humble abode. Alas. Not to our tastes at all. Will be back for more next week.
