Embracing Discomfort.

Eyes opened wide at 4:35AM this morning. Sun was out already. Not sure how or why, but I was up and heaving on the weights by 5:30am. Loved it. It’s nearly 6:30am now and I’ve already begun writing my diary. Woohoo. Productivity pro max.

Talking of pro max, apparently Apple launched a suite of stuff yesterday. Need to check that out at some point.

I digress though. The house that I celebrated getting rescinded their offer. Apparently they can get more money. Fair enough. Everything works out eventually. My house is also going in the market at a ridiculously cheap price. The strategy: get eyeballs, get viewings, get people bidding for it, get the market to sort out the true value. Risky? Not really, cause I just won’t sell unless my magic number is met. I’ll give it a month. And then revisit the rental scenario. Anyway…

Viewed two awesome flats last night. Put in competitive offers for both. Perhaps one of them – ideally the second one – clicks. Wait and watch time.

Few more viewings today and some serious work-related tasks to wolf through. One by one, bit by bit. I’ll get there.

Oh and going to write an article today about the perils of pension. Hopefully I can squeeze out the time. I reckon it’ll be banger for sure.

Till then!
