Embracing Discomfort.

Back at work. 3kgs later. Suspenders sitting way too tight and the outline of a latent pouch clearly visible against my shirt. Sigh. Jacket and boots on, cycled down to the office, grabbed a cuppa tea, and taking a few minutes to write this.

Arsenal broke my heart yesterday. At the stadium. First time ever. Still annoyed about it. Drowned my sorrows with the rest of the Gooners during the match and on the drive home. Before that we had a lovely momo lunch at a nifty Nepalese restaurant in Dalston. And dinner, post-match, was juicy 1/2 pounder burgers with cheesy chips.

All in all, an excellent food weekend where I had 3*meals each day. Far cry from my OMAD, which would explain the 73kg reading this morning. But hey, back to the grind from today. Iron clad discipline is so hard to master, which is probably why the rewards in time are so disproportionately high. Anyway, time to bite the bullet and get to it.

Till the morrow.
