Back to the office again. Different attire this time. Trying out my super 140s wool navy suit with a dark black shirt. Looks zany, loud, and somehow sophisticated.
Spent most of yesterday at home, trying to learn about how bridging loans work and how I can get one to spruce up my house in Ireland before I sell it. Then some more casual conversations with estate agents & solicitors regarding potential sale dates, notice periods, costs, etc. Fun times.
The Mrs cooked up some gorgeous chicken biryani which I wolfed down while watching reruns of Parks & Rec. Then the Arsenal game. Then I abandoned “Atlas Shrugged” – too slow and boring and verbose even though I love the mystery and politics – and picked up “Rome” instead. Let’s see how long that lasts.
