First ever paddy’s weekend outside Ireland! Damn. Didn’t even notice it tbh. And not once have I ever been to the parade. Anyway…

So the cheeky offer got accepted! Looks like we can get our 2bed, 2bath top floor apartment in central London in the next few months. Assuming my mortgage gets approved of course. Considering am unable to get even a 10k car loan right now, I am not holding my breath. But then again, a house mortgage is fully secured…sorta. Let’s see. Well know in couple weeks. I’ll take the pyrrhic victory for now.

Fired up the old beast over the weekend too. Drove it to the country – on Irish plates, with a full tank, no insurance, no tolls, and no road tax. Again, my nonexistent credit history in the country causing all manner of issues. But hey, am trying to get it all above board at least. Luckily, didn’t get pulled over or anything but I am too wary to take it out again. Let’s see. For emergencies only perhaps?

Anyway, back to work from tomorrow. Suited and booted. And there’s actually a crapload of stuff to do. So I’ll get to it.
