Happy hump day folks.
The day off was hella productive. Drive down to pickup the in-laws, lots of food & grocery shopping, making all manner on non-work related calls and ticking off my to do list. Not total done yet, but made significant strides forwards.
Dinner was epic. The MIL cooked up some gorgeous chicken curries, chapatis, rice, and dessert. All in a kitchen that she isn’t used to, in a time zone that’s new, and constantly complaining about how disorganised we were. But hey, talk about seriously good output!
Heading to the office today. Our 1-bed, 1-bath isn’t sufficient for all of us to stay in all the time. So I’ll be spending much more time in the office in the coming weeks. Until we get some clarity on the baby-arrival-date.
Have 3 gigantic things to finish up for work this week. So going to concentrate on them, prioritise, and execute ruthlessly. The relative calm of the office might help me over deliver. Here’s hoping.
Side hustle going alright too. Going to be fairly quiet on bookings this week, but expecting it to pickup starting next week again. Gotta make that stash!
Right – quick shower now and an even quicker workout before suiting up and heading out. Take it easy!
